Copyright & Image Usage Policy

1. Copyright Ownership

All photographs created by Océanne Przymirski, operated by Studio Tiki, remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Photographer. Copyright is retained at all times.

2. Personal Use License

Upon full payment, the Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable license for personal use only.

This includes:

printing for personal and family use
sharing with family and friends
posting on personal social media accounts

The Client may print the images using any third-party lab of their choice. The Photographer is not responsible for print quality, colour variations, or results from external providers.

3. Social Media Use

The Client is allowed to share the images on personal social media platforms. Credit to the Photographer is optional but strongly appreciated. Images may be resized or adapted for platform formatting. No other modifications are permitted. The Photographer is not responsible for any quality loss resulting from platform compression or third-party applications.

4. Restrictions of Use

The Client agrees not to:

use the images for any commercial, promotional, or business purpose
represent the images as part of a brand, company, or professional service
sell, license, or distribute the images to third parties
submit the images to media, blogs, magazines, or competitions without prior written consent
claim authorship of the images
transfer, sublicense, or assign usage rights to any third party

The Client may not alter the images in any way, including filters, black and white conversion, AI modification, or retouching.

Cropping, adding text, or decorative stickers is permitted for personal social media use only.

5. Third-Party Use

No third party may use the images for commercial or editorial purposes without prior written permission from the Photographer.

This includes influencers, brands, companies, publications, and media outlets.

6. Artificial Intelligence Use

The images may not be used for training, generating, or modifying artificial intelligence systems or datasets. AI tools may only be used for personal viewing or display purposes and must not alter, reproduce, or create derivative works from the images.

7. Photographer Usage Rights

The Photographer retains the right to use selected images for portfolio, website, social media, marketing, and newsletter purposes, in accordance with the consent provided in the photography contract. Images may be cropped or resized for presentation purposes only.

8. Image Delivery & Metadata

Images are delivered in high-resolution JPEG format. RAW files are not provided.

All images include embedded metadata containing the Photographer’s name and business information. No client personal data is included in the metadata.

9. Copyright Enforcement

Any unauthorised commercial use or redistribution of the images constitutes a breach of copyright and may result in legal action.

10. Cookies and Website Functionality

This website uses cookies strictly for essential and functional purposes.

Cookies are used to:

Enable access to client galleries (including password-protected galleries)
Allow image selection (favourites)
Facilitate secure photo downloads
Maintain session functionality across pages
Support contact and booking forms

No analytics, tracking, or advertising cookies are used. I do not use tools such as Google Analytics or tracking pixels.

11. Third-Party Services

This website relies on the following third-party services:

Pixieset (website hosting, galleries, booking forms)
Instagram (embedded content)

Embedded Instagram content may place cookies on your device, particularly if you are logged into your Instagram account.

I do not control third-party cookies or data practices. Please refer to their respective privacy policies for further information.
