All photographs produced remain my intellectual property. Usage of images (including publication, website, newsletter, portfolio use, or restriction) is governed exclusively by the terms agreed upon in the signed client contract. Copyright information is embedded in image metadata.

6. Payments

Payments are not processed through this website. Payments are arranged separately using local payment methods such as Faster Payment System (FPS) and PayMe. No payment information is collected, processed, or stored on this website.

7. Data Storage and Retention

Personal data is securely stored across the following systems:

Pixieset platform (client galleries and forms)
Professional email system
Private Notion database
Secured external storage (hard drive)

I retain personal data:

for up to 2 years after your last session, or
longer if required for ongoing client relationships (in which case the retention period resets following a new session)

Data is not retained longer than necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

8. Data Access and Security

Access to personal data is strictly limited to myself
No third parties have access to your personal data
Reasonable technical and organisational measures are implemented to protect your data from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse

Given the international nature of my client base (including clients based in Hong Kong, France, and visiting clients), your data may be accessed or processed across different jurisdictions. All data is handled in accordance with the PDPO, regardless of location.
